Every individual ‘under the Umbrella’ is an equal part of the team. Similar to the famous Dofasco slogan, “Our product is steel; our strength is people”, our ‘product’ is high-quality care for children and their families, and our strength is the wonderful people who work in our programs each day. Different service delivery models require different staffing models; consequently, while a Satellite Program may have only one staff member – the ‘Satellite Program Leader’ – other centres offering a broad range of services require many more staff members who have various roles and responsibilities.
