Dec. 12/22: CWELCC Refunds Update

We have been made aware that the CWELCC Refunds were not deposited as expected on Friday, December 9th, due to a banking systems error. We are working to determine how this error occurred and will provide an update as soon as possible as to when families can expect the deposit to be made.
