Dec. 13/22: CWELCC Refunds Update

We are pleased to advise that all refunds have been processed as of today, December 13th. All Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) families should have received their refund directly to their account as of today. Those families who are not registered for PAP will receive a cheque in the mail in the coming days. Cheques were mailed out today.

As a reminder, you may be eligible for reduced fees and a refund of your fees paid between April 1st and November 4th of 2022 if:

• you pay more than $12.00 per day for child care and your child is:
• under 6 years of age, or
• turns six years old between January 1 and June 30 in any calendar year, and is enrolled in a licensed preschool, or kindergarten.
