Caitlin built her early career in Management Consulting, gaining strong experience in strategy development, planning, and implementation, working with global companies on challenges related to organization effectiveness and efficiency. She now works in the financial services industry, specifically focused on organizational structures, role governance, and operating model effectiveness.

Caitlin’s young child attends Umbrella, and has been thriving under the dedicated care received from the knowledgeable and kind staff. Motivated by the carers dedication and company values, Caitlin joined the Board of Directors to help Umbrella continue to make a difference for Hamilton families and children.

Originally from Australia, Caitlin moved to Canada in 2015, and decided to call Hamilton home to raise her young family. Outside of work and board responsibilities, Caitlin enjoys hiking the many beautiful trails with her dog, Wally, and spending time with friends and family.
