Courtney Potts is responsible for providing leadership to the organization in the areas of Human Resources, Marketing and Finance. Courtney is also accountable for ensuring the implementation of system’s, processes, policies and procedures that align with the organization’s strategic direction.

Courtney brings to the role fifteen years of experience, with a diverse background working within the not-for-profit sector. Courtney has held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in Human Resources and Administration. Courtney has a diploma in Business Marketing, a post graduate certificate in Human Resources Management, and also possesses her Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation from the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA). Courtney has also completed extensive training and professional development programs in the areas of leadership and human resources, including a number of courses through the Public Sector Leadership Institute at the Rotman School of Management.
