Her experience as a Talent Development Manager has allowed her to focus on the needs of others and giving them every opportunity to be successful in their careers.

As an active elite referee, mentor, coach and community member, Emma is intimately connected with the needs and aspirations of local families. Outside of board responsibilities, Emma devotes time and energy to her wife and 2 amazing kids who attend Umbrella and sees first-hand the positive impact this organization makes on her family.
