Board MemberMichael Highdale, a seasoned CPG executive, boasts extensive leadership experience in the Food and Beverage Industry with global organizations. Originally from Liverpool, he moved to Canada in 1987 and now resides in Hamilton with his family and Doberman. A Professional Engineer in Ontario, Michael is committed to operational excellence and business growth.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time at local rinks and soccer fields. His passion for child health and wellness drives his active participation on UFCC’s Board of Directors, where he aims to address the growing needs of families in the Hamilton community.
